Grid & Scale bridges enterprise brands with independent content creators across EMEA & GCC. The Agency operates as an independent contractor under Moroccan law. Use of gridandscale.com or submission of intake forms constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Creator Terms (Non-Exclusive Roster)

100% non-exclusive representation. Creators retain full ownership of their brand, channels, and content, and may close independent deals or work with other agencies without restriction.
20% Agency commission applies solely to deals sourced and closed by Grid & Scale. The Agency collects client funds and remits 80% to the creator within 7–14 business days of cleared client payment.
For any brand introduced by Grid & Scale, the Agency is the Exclusive Agency-of-Record. Creators agree not to circumvent the Agency with introduced brands during the term and for 6 months post-termination.

Creators must adhere to agreed schedules. Failure to deliver drafts or final content within 48 hours of deadlines without documented emergency notice entitles the Agency to pause participation, withhold unearned payout, or remove the creator from the roster.
12-month initial term with auto-renewal; cancelable by either party with 30 days' written notice via email or WhatsApp.

Grid & Scale provides turnkey brief management, content QA, and timeline enforcement across all campaign deliverables.
Invoices must be settled in accordance with executed Statements of Work (SOWs) directly to Grid & Scale (business.gs@gridandscale.com).
Brands agree not to bypass the Agency to contract directly with introduced roster creators for 12 months following initial introduction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Rabat, Morocco.
