Full name, creator handle, email (creator.support@gridandscale.com), WhatsApp number, address, national ID/passport numbers, channel URLs, analytics metrics, and banking details (RIB/IBAN) for payout processing.
Corporate name, tax ID/ICE, contact person name, work email (business.gs@gridandscale.com), phone number, budget parameters, and campaign briefs.
How Data Is Used
Data is processed strictly to execute agency operations and fulfill partner agreements:
Evaluation & Media Kits
Contracts & SLA Monitoring
Evaluate creators for campaign placement and share pre-approved media kits with brands.
Execute commercial campaign contracts, content QA, and SLA monitoring.
Invoicing & Creator Earnings
Operational Communication
Invoice brand clients and remit 80% creator campaign earnings within 7–14 business days.
Provide essential operational communication via email and WhatsApp.
Data Security & Sharing
We do not sell or trade personal data. Data is shared only with brand clients for campaign pitching, trusted sub-processors (cloud hosts, e-signature engines), or as required by court order under Moroccan law. Passwords and credentials are encrypted under strict access controls.
Users retain rights to access, rectify, update, or request deletion of their data from our pitch rosters under Moroccan Law No. 09-08.
