Commercial Framework

Non-Exclusive Representation Terms

Grid & Scale operates on a strictly non-exclusive model. Creators retain full ownership of their brand and content, with the freedom to source independent deals or work with other agencies concurrently.

Our commission is 20% on agency-sourced deals, with 0% on independent agreements. Payouts are remitted within 7-14 days of client payment, with a 30-day termination notice for convenience.

Data Security & Compliance

Global Data Privacy Policy

We are committed to the highest standards of data protection. Information collected is used exclusively for campaign matching, payment processing, and portal access, never for third-party monetization.

Users retain full rights under global privacy standards, including GDPR compliance, to request data export, profile updates, or complete data deletion at any time.
